InterLeader®

Certification Program in Strategy Generation, Change Management and Leadership Development

Class 16, 2012

THE OBJECTIVE of the training and development programme InterLeader® is to develop and enhance business leaders and senior executives preparing them to cope with the new demands and challenges of the post-crisis period 2012-2020. The programme is based on the results of international research project Next Generation Leadership®. It integrates the state−of−the−art knowledge and best practice leadership experience from global and Czech organisations. The Programme offers a series of action-learning seminars (workshops) based on resolution of topical problems of the participants´ mother organisations.
InterLeader® 2012 is developed and provided by Inventa s.r.o. under auspices and with support of the Czech Society for Strategic Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
